I AM A CUSTOMER. CAN I PERSONALISE MY 24BOTTLES?
Yes, some of our bottles can be personalised with up to 14 alphanumeric characters (including spaces). Please note that we cannot include punctuation and symbols in the customization.
No more paint will be added: your letters will be laser engraved on the bottle of your choice.
24Bottles dissociates itself from all forms of racism, xenophobia, sexism and religious intolerance.
Therefore, we refuse to produce a text that violates our ethical standards.
The cost of the service is 6 Euro for each bottle.
N.B. Our general warranty covers customized bottles, but they are not returnable or refundable. Personalized bottles are a permanent sale.

MY ORDER IS MISSING A PRODUCT - WHAT SHALL I DO?
Should an item be missing from your delivery, please contact us using the contact form and we will do everything we can to sort things out within the shortest possible delay. You will be provided with new products or a refund.
