How do I track my order?
All orders are tracked and require a signature upon arrival. If nobody is home to sign, your order will be returned to the carrier’s local depot and instructions will be left regarding re-delivery. For a delivery update, please refer to the delivery carrier’s website detailed in your order confirmation and enter the tracking reference provided in the dispatch confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log into your account to track your order’s delivery progress.
What is your return policy?
They hope you are delighted with your purchase; however, should you wish to return your order for an exchange or refund, you can do so via their portal. Please note they will accept returns sent back within 28 days of receipt of your order.
When will my refund processed?
Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receipt to allow for inspection of the original method of payment (credit card, gift voucher or Paypal account). They cannot facilitate refunds to a third party. You will receive an email once your order has been refunded.
Can I exchange my products?
They only offer size exchanges on the same product. Where available, replacement items will be dispatched within 28 days. If your chosen replacement size is not in stock, you will automatically be refunded and notified by email. For alternative items, please place a new order on their website or alternatively, please get in touch with their Customer Care team.
