What is Aje.'s shipping policy?
For orders placed on ajeworld.com, Aje. ship via DHL Express. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed. The below transit times are an approximate guide once the order has been processed and dispatched from their warehouse in Sydney, Australia. Please note that they do not ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
During Sale and Christmas periods please allow up to 3-5 working days for your order to be processed due to high volume orders and potential shipping delays during holiday periods. Delivery is charged $17.00. And it takes 3 days to be delivered.
What is Aje.'s returns policy?
Full-priced Items
Items that have been purchased at full price or by pre-order are eligible for a refund or e-Boutique credit when returned to them within fourteen (14) days from your delivery date. Please note, Aje. are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping.
Sale Items
Items that have been marked down or are purchased during a promotional sale using a coupon code or discount applied at checkout are eligible for an e-Boutique credit. Note, Aje. are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping. e-Boutique credit is valid for twelve (12) months from date of issue. Aje. do not offer refunds or exchanges on any Sale items purchased online unless deemed faulty. All products marked as Final Sale have a strict no returns, exchanges or refunds policy unless the item is deemed as faulty.
Jewellery & Shoes
Due to hygiene reasons, Aje. do not accept returns for jewellery.
Faulty Returns
If something you ordered has a minor fault, Aje. will assist to organise a replacement or a repair. If your garment is deemed to have a major fault you have the option of a replacement, refund or credit note.
They ship Internationally.

To get a refund the item must be in its original condition within 14 days of the delivery date. Items that don't meet the criteria will not be valid for a refund and shipping must be covered by the customer. Full priced items are eligible for a full refund or online credit. Items that are on sale or purchased during a promotional period are accepted for online credit which is valid for 6 months.
Exchanges are not available for online purchases, however, if you meet the refund conditions, you can buy using online credit.
