How do I know if my order has been placed?
When you send in your order, you will receive an email confirmation from them. The email will have an order reference number. You can check the status of your order online by logging in to your account. All orders will be processed and dispatched upon receipt of payment.

What is the returns policy?
Angelbub Maternity Wear is happy to offer you a refund, store credit coupon, or exchange for products that do not live up to your expectations or standards. All full-priced, not reduced, ongoing, non-seasonal basics, with the exception of underwear and hosiery, are returnable for refund. All reduced priced ongoing, non-seasonal basics, with the exception of underwear and hosiery, are returnable for exchange or credit note.
They advise you to try the items on when you receive them so that you may return them if they are not suitable. When you return an item to them, you must leave any tags or labels attached so that it is in ‘as a new’ or saleable condition upon return. Angelbub Maternity Wear has a strict 14-day return policy without exception where a refund is sought, subject to all refund conditions being met. Any garments returned post 14 days from the recorded shipping date will to a maximum of 21 days from the recorded shipping date be applicable for credit only. Any garments returned post 21 days from the recorded shipping date will be returned to the customer and not accepted for return.
