BlueBay Hotels accepts all major Debit and Credit Cards.
How can I view the booking information?
Once the booking has been made, the user will view their booking information on screen, with the possibility of printing this information as proof of booking. The booking confirmation and proof of booking (printed by the user) will not be valid as invoice.
How do I get my claim?
BlueBay Hotels informs that there are claim forms available for users and customers. Users may file claims requesting a claim form or sending an e-mail to info@grupobluebay.com stating first and last names, the purchased service and/or product and detailing the reasons for his/her claim.
Who is responsible for my ID?
The user is responsible for the confidential and responsible use of their ID and password obtained upon signing up as a customer, and they shall not transfer these data to third parties.
