My order has been lost?
Sometimes, there can be a delay in getting your parcel to you. Usually, this is out of their hands, but they will do everything they can to speed up the process.
If you have not received your order within 14 business days, please email them at firstname.lastname@example.org, and they will launch an enquiry and hopefully get your parcel to you as soon as possible.
Please note: Elite Eleven is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. Elite Eleven is not responsible for any packages once they are in the hands of anyone of their shipping subsidiaries.
Internationally, Elite Eleven ship to PO Boxes.
How do I return my package?
Your satisfaction is their first priority at Elite Eleven. If your item is faulty upon receipt, they will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. If it isn’t quite right for you, the item can be returned for an exchange or store credit. All returns are subject to them receiving the item back within 14 days. Items must be returned with their original packaging (tags attached) and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition. If the item is not faulty, the customer will have to bear the shipping cost.
