How long will it take to deliver my order?
Standard shipping guarantees you receive your order within 7 business days, whereas expedited shipping guarantees you receive within 3 or 4 business days. The shipping rates for each of these options are clearly defined before finalizing your order during checkout.
Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
If your credit card has been authorized but not charged, please contact customer service to discuss order changes. If you prepaid for your order with PayPal or Amazon Pay, the order cannot be changed. If needed, you can contact Customer Service to facilitate a return/refund.
How can I request a return?
Purchases shipped to the United States carry a 30-day money-back guarantee on all items except clearance, swatches and Special Orders. Contact Customer Service (phone or email) to receive a return label and initiate the refund process.
Purchases shipped internationally are eligible for a refund, but customers are responsible for return postage. Please contact Customer Service with your order and tracking numbers to initiate the refund process.
