How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?
FoxyBae provides free USA shipping that typically takes between 3-7 business days. Of course, you can choose one of their paid expedited shipping options to receive your package sooner.
International Shipments (outside the USA) Can take from 5 to 15 business days to arrive often depending on location and clearing customs.
Will I have to pay duty or VAT on orders outside the USA?
Yes, currently customers ordering from outside the USA might need to pay duty or VAT on their shipment. Can I cancel my order?
All orders are processed immediately. Once an order has been processed, they are unable to cancel the order. A refund will be issued once the merchandise is sent back to their warehouse and a return has been initiated with customer service.
What is your warranty policy?
Manufacturers Guarantee - FoxyBae offers a guaranteed 9-month warranty from date of purchase against defects caused by faulty material or workmanship. Not covered by this guarantee are damages caused by improper handlings, such as dropping of the product or deliberate misuse. FoxyBae undertakes to repair or replace (at FoxyBae’s sole discretion) the product at its expense. In the event of a defective product, FoxyBae will replace your item with a new one. Refunds will not be issued as part of the manufacturer’s guarantee, only replacements or repairs.
What is your return policy?
If you wish to return the product for whatever reason, they have a 30-day satisfaction policy. Simply contact customer service at support@foxybae.com and they will be happy to assist you. Due to safety and usage, liquids items are non-refundable. Sale items, as well as purchases older than 30 days, will not be eligible for returns. It is important to note that all items purchased using a promotion, sale or coupon code are Final Sale and can not be returned.
