CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
To ensure you receive your order as soon as possible, they start working on it straight away. This means they are unable to make any changes to an order once it’s been placed!
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER I PLACE MY FIRST ORDER?
If you have never placed an order with them before, your first order may be slightly delayed until they can verify your information. They do this to protect you against fraud and verify that the card being used to place the order is from the actual cardholder. Please know that once you have gone through our initial fraud screening process, subsequent orders are usually much faster to process.

To complete your return, they require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
When will my refund process?
Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Can I exchange the item?
