What payment methods do you accept?
Grand Canyon West accepts VISA, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express, and Union Pay.
What are the hours of operation?
Grand Canyon West is open daily from 8 am until Sundown, with the last entry at 5:30 pm from Mid March thru October, and 4:30 pm from November to March. Guests are not able to enter the West Rim after the last entry time.
Do you have dining options?
Dining options are available at the Grand Canyon West Terminal, Eagle Point, and Guano Point.
Can I take my cell phone/camera on the Skywalk?
Grand Canyon West do not allow any personal items such as cell phone, cameras, purses, backpacks, etc. onto the Glass Bridge. Grand Canyon West do provide a free locker for you to store your items while you are on the Skywalk.
What is the ZIP line cancellation policy?
The Zip Line at Grand Canyon West has a no-cancellation policy. All sales are final and non-refundable. Your ticket is good for the date purchased. In the event that The Zip Line at Grand Canyon West cancels operations due to weather, their weather policy will prevail.
Do I have to get my picture taken by your photographers?
If you would prefer to not have your picture taken you can simply walk out onto the Skywalk and enjoy the view. Grand Canyon West allows you to take your time on your walk and ask only that you be mindful of those who do choose to have their pictures taken.
