What is your return policy?
If you decide that your July product isn’t for you, you can return or exchange it anytime within the 100 day-trial periods. Request a return by simply emailing them at hello@july.com and they’ll take care of it for you. July covers the cost of return shipping if you’ve bought from either Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, or China. If you reside outside of these countries you’ll need to cover the cost to return the product back to July i.e. if you bought a case in a store in Australia, flew back home to the U.S. and wanted to return the case, you’ll have to cover the shipping costs.

When will I receive my order?
July want you to have your order as fast as possible. On all business days, orders before 1 pm are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders after 1 pm are processed and dispatched next business day.
