Just Jeans accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club, PayPal, and After Pay.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Follow the link in the email, or visit the Australia Post website and enter the tracking number to track your delivery. Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear on the Australia Post website once you receive your tracking number email. You will also receive notifications via email or text message (if your mobile phone has been provided) from Australia Post with updates on your delivery. If you have an account with us, you can also track your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Orders.
What Happens After I Place My Order?
They will keep you up to date on the progress of your order. You will be sent a confirmation email, which includes details of your order. They may get in touch with you to confirm the details of your order. Once they despatch your order they will send you a despatch email confirming details of your tracking.
Can I change or cancel my order after I click ‘Place Order’?
Unfortunately, orders are unable to be changed or canceled once you click ‘place order’. If you are unhappy with your purchase once you receive it, you can return or exchange it via their online store or your nearest Just Jeans store. See their Returns & Exchange page for further information.
