I’ve seen a dress that I would like to buy but it’s out of stock, when will you be restocking it?
Many Lady Vintage dresses are produced in small quantities, as they have limited amounts of fabric available. This means that often they are unable to produce more of a dress in a certain print. If a dress is due to be restocked, customers will be able to select the option to ‘Inform me when back in stock’. Unfortunately, if customers do not see this option, then Lady Vintage will not be getting this particular dress back in stock.
Is Lady Vintage able to make dresses to order?
Yes, customers can add as many items as they want. Customers can combine their orders if they want to buy two or more items.
I am shopping from abroad, how do I know which size to choose?
If customers are unsure of the size to order, Lady Vintage would recommend using their Size Calculator. All dresses do fit slightly differently, so it is advisable that customers please check their measurements against each of Lady Vintage’s styles. If customers are still unsure about which size to order, please contact Lady Vintage and they will be happy to help.
Can I amend my order once it has already been placed?
If customers need to amend an order, please call Lady Vintage on +44 (0)845 680 2927. If the order has already been processed, Lady Vintage is unable to amend the order in any way.
How can I contact your couriers?
Lady Vintage will contact couriers on customers’ behalf. Please contact them and let them know the query. Please note that Lady Vintage is unable to chase deliveries, until the expected delivery date has passed.
What do I do if I have received a faulty item?
If customers think there is a fault with an item they have received, or have received an incorrect item please contact Lady Vintage and they will be happy to help. The Lady Vintage team will need the order to be returned for inspection and once they receive the item back and have investigated the fault, customers will be provided with a full refund or sent a replacement item at their request.
Please remember to include the order number in the message and Lady Vintage will be able to investigate further and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
