What are the shipping rates?
LALO Tactical charges a fee based on the geographic region for ground shipping and handling. Please note that they can ship to PO, FPO and APO boxes via USPS. Ensure that you provide complete information needed to deliver to such addresses. For oversized items, heavy items or items valued at $600.00 or more, additional fees may apply. These fees will be indicated during check out prior to your transaction being completed.
What are the delivery times?
Their goal is to process your order as quickly as possible. The shipping method varies with timing and rate. You can expect to receive your order within two weeks. Most orders placed by 11:00 AM Pacific Standard time will ship the same day. Please note that some items may take longer. Please refer to information in the item description to see if your item may take longer to ship. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday.
Do you charge sales tax?
If shipping within Canada or the USA, applicable taxes will apply and will be based on the shipping address.
How can I return & exchange the item?
To make a return or exchange, go to the returns and exchange page. You will then be contacted with return instructions. Remember, your return shipment must be received by them within 45 days from the original ship date. Refund or credit towards a replacement item will be limited to the original purchase price less freight. *Please contact your retailer if you purchased the shoes in a store.
