Will my book arrive faster if I skip the print queue?
There’s no right answer here. In general, the sooner your book goes to the printer, the better the chances are that your book will arrive earlier. As a general rule of thumb. If your order is a rush order, check everything is correct and press the Skip The Queue button. In the best case, it could save you a day or two, but they are not promising anything.
Can I use more than one voucher code per order?
Unfortunately, Their system only allows for one voucher code per order, so they recommend you choose the one with the biggest discount and use that one. If they both have the same discount value, the choice is yours.
How do I edit my order?
Once you have placed your order, you will see the order confirmation screen. This shows all details of your order and allows you to make changes before they send it to Printer Bear for processing. You have 10 hours to make any changes necessary, so please check the details as soon as you’ve made your order. If you’re sure everything looks as it should, you can press the “Skip The Queue” button to send your book for processing right away. If you are having difficulty making any changes, you can of course always contact them and they will help you out.
Can I return my order for a refund or exchange?
As their books are printed individually especially for your little ones, they cannot provide any refunds or exchanges. If there’s an error in the book or your book arrives in a less-than-perfect condition, do get in touch with them and they will make it right.
