Lichi accepts all major Debit & Credit cards.
What are the shipping methods and delivery times?
Pending order verification and credit approval, it may take 1-3 working days to process your order. The estimated delivery time is 7 working days. Please note that the estimated delivery date of your order is an estimate only and is not guaranteed since delivery times may be subject to delays due to customs clearance or sales and peak holiday periods.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email that will contain tracking information and estimated delivery date.
Can I change my address after the order is shipped?
Unfortunately, Lichi can only deliver your package to the address provided when your order was placed. If the address you provided is not correct, you must contact the delivery service provider to redirect your parcel to another address.
What is the Lichi‘s return policy?
Lichi want you to be perfectly happy with every purchase and if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason (size, colour, fitting), you must send the return parcel of saleable merchandise within 7 days from receiving the order.
How will I be refunded?
All purchases are refunded via original payment methods.
