What if I receive a faulty item?
If you experience a fault with your item or have received an incorrect item, please email cs@linzi.com with the below information:
*Your name and order number
*A short description of the fault
*Images of the fault
Please do not post any faulty returns until you have had a response from them.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
To cancel or amend your order, please email cs@linzi.com as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order hasn’t been packed, Linzi Shoes will do what they can to amend your order or cancel it completely. If your order has been packed and/or sent, Linzi Shoes are unfortunately unable to cancel or amend your order.
What is your return policy?
Please note, this is their return policy for online orders only. Their store returns policy may differ, if you have any queries relating to in-store purchases please email contact@linzi.com. If you change your mind, you can return your items to them within 14 working days for a refund. Items must be returned unworn and in their original boxes with the docket enclosed. They are unable to offer exchanges for online purchases. You will need to return your item to them for a refund and place a new order. They are unable to accept returns on items that have caused discomfort or a blister unless it can be proven that there is a manufacturing fault with the shoe which has caused this. They ask that you are cautious when wearing items that are embellished. In cases where embellished items become faulty, they will always try to repair the item for you. They are not liable for any boxes that are damaged in transit, however, if the shoes have been damaged in transit (crushed inside the box) they do ask you to send them images immediately to cs@linzi.com.
When will I get my refund?
Linzi Shoes aims to process returns within a few days of receiving them back, however, this can take longer in busier periods. Once refunds have been processed, Linzi Shoes ask that you allow 3-5 working days for the funds to appear in your account. If you have any issues regarding your refund, please email cs@linzi.com.
