Lisa Angel hopes you love their goodies as much as they do, but if you’ve changed your mind or you’re not happy with them for any reason you can return them to Lisa Angel for an exchange or refund.
Please contact Lisa Angel before returning your items. To contact Lisa Angel please pop your order number and email address in the boxes at the top of the returns page and complete the returns form. They aim to get back to you within 24 hours.
Any non-personalised items can be returned within 45 days of purchase.
Because Lisa Angel‘s sale/outlet items are such good value, returns for a refund or exchange must be within 28 days starting the date your order arrives. They offer free returns from UK addresses.
Lisa Angel is unable to offer an exchange or refund on personalised items unless faulty. Earrings purchased in store are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
Lisa Angel offers a one year guarantee on everything they sell. Please get in touch if your item appears to have a fault within this time and they will see what they can do to help.
Lisa Angel will normally ask for photos so that they can improve their service and feedback to departments and suppliers where necessary. Lisa Angel may require the faulty item to be returned to them in which case they’ll be happy to cover the postage costs.
If you decide the plant you’ve bought isn’t for you, don’t worry - you can still return it to Lisa Angel within 14 days. They will be more than happy to issue a refund on any unwanted plants provided they are returned to Lisa Angel in their original condition.
Please note that plants will sometimes vary from their photographs online.
If your plant arrives damaged Lisa Angel will be happy to issue a replacement or refund. Please take photographs of the condition of the plant as soon as it arrives.
Alcohol and food
If any alcohol or food has arrived damaged then please do reach out to Lisa Angel and they’ll fix this for you.
They can accept returns on any alcohol or food as long as they are sealed and unopened and returned within the returns period.
If you don’t like the tipple or nibble you’ve tried then please contact Lisa Angel to let them know and they’ll see what they can do to fix it for you.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment and the funds should appear on your bank statement within 1-5 working days. If you’ve received something as a gift but it’s not very ‘you’, they will add your refund to a Lisa Angel gift card. If no record of sale is available, a gift card will be provided at the current selling price.
