Can I update my payment method and address?
Yes. You can do so by logging into your account on their website or by contacting their customer support team.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can do so by logging into your account on their website or by contacting their customer support team by visiting “Contact Us” to email customer service.
Can I edit the product quantity and/or delivery schedule on an existing subscription?
No. However, you can cancel your existing subscription and enrol in a new one with your desired quantity and/or delivery schedule.
Do you have a return policy?
Sealed (unopened) products in undamaged original packaging may be returned to LivFresh within 30 days of purchase. This applies to all one-time and subscription purchases. The customer is responsible for all costs involved in the return process (shipping, etc), and will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
What if I receive incorrect/defective item?
If the return is a result of their error (incorrect and/or defective item, etc), LivFresh will cover the shipping fees for your return.
How long will it take to process my refund?
You should expect to receive a refund within 30 days of shipping your return to them. If you need to return an item, please contact them with your order details, and they will respond swiftly with instructions on how to begin the returns process. Return policies are subject to change at the discretion of LIVFRESH Dental.
