When will my order process?
Their typical order processing, including footwear, is same-day/ up to 7 days of receipt (unless otherwise specified on the relevant product page e.g. custom made items and fancy dress costumes).
What is your return policy?
* Wigs, earrings and opened Hosiery cannot be returned. However, if there is any problem with the items you have received please do not hesitate to contact them to discuss further.
* Returned items must have the labels still attached, and must not have been worn. There must be no evidence of items being worn, e.g. makeup on clothing, cigarette odours.
* Postage fees will not be refunded, unless they have made a mistake with your order, or unless otherwise agreed (e.g. when free shipping/returns offers to apply).
* Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, and you must have proof of posting as we will not accept responsibility for items lost in the post. Therefore please use Royal Mail ‘signed for’ or equivalent.
* They are happy to cover the cost sending replacement items for you if you would like to exchange your item (UK deliveries only. This doesn’t include the cost of sending an item back to them, only for them sending a replacement to you).

Love Burlesque return address is Love Burlesque, 14 Meaders Road, Ryde, Isle of Wight, PO33 1HR, United Kingdom. They do not include packaging slips in with your parcel. When returning items please include a note with your name, order number and whether you would like an exchange or a refund. Love Burlesque aim to deal with returns the same working day they are received back with them, during busy times this may take slightly longer. Refunds will be made back to the card/account used to pay.
