Delivery time for Europe is 3-6 business days and outside EU is 6-12 business days after dispatch.
How do I return an item?
To return or exchange items, you must send Lunette an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or fill in their withdrawal from Lunette within 14 days after receiving your order. Please include the listed information below to your notice of withdrawal. If you wish to exchange a product to an equivalent product (instead of return), please inform them of this in your notice of withdrawal.
* Name, address, phone number.
* Order number, which can be found in the receipt and order confirmation sent to you via email.
* Reason for return (optional). Lunette cannot require you to inform them of your reason to return the product, but they would like to hear the reason so that they can develop their operations and serve their customers better in the future.
* They can check all necessary information from the order confirmation or the receipt if you are able to send either of the said documents to them.
What is the return policy?
All items purchased in the last 14 days are eligible for free return. Products must be returned properly packed and in good condition in their original packaging. Please note that hygiene products, such as a menstrual cup, cannot be exchanged or returned after the sealed packaging has been opened, because such products cannot be put for sale again.
