What happens if I do not receive my package?
If your tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your home and with any friends or neighbours that may have accepted the package on your behalf. Next, please notify them at service@luxurygaragesale.com and they will work with the carrier and their storefront partners to open an investigation. Please note that if the carrier finds that there was no mishandling of your package, there is no further action that Luxury Garage Sale is able to take
What if I receive a damaged item?
Luxury Garage Sale do their best to describe an item’s condition as accurately as possible. If you feel that an item you received is not as described, please reach out to let them know within 3 days of your order’s delivery date. They only accept items that have the original tags, including the white Return Security Tag, attached for a return to be considered. All items must be unworn and unwashed. Please email Luxury Garage Sale at service@luxurygaragesale.com, letting them know what your purchase was not as described. Please include any applicable images so that they can fully evaluate the situation and determine if there is any further action that Luxury Garage Sale can take.
What is your return policy?
You can return clothing and shoes by initiating a return via email within 3 days of an item(s) delivery date. Luxury Garage Sale only accept items that have the original tags, including the white Return Security Tag, attached for a return to be considered. All items must be unworn and unwashed. Please email them at service@luxurygaragesale.com with your order number, or at least your name, and they’ll work from there.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, you will be responsible for return shipping and they do thank you for your understanding. You are more than welcome to ship your return back to them via the least expensive trackable method within 48 hours of having your return approved.
