How to cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or change your order, please notify them before 2 pm EST on the date in which the order was placed. Kindly note, once you receive your final email confirmation with tracking information, they may not be able to change your order.
What if I received a damaged item?
So sorry about this! if the contents of your package were damaged during transit, they will work with you to address this issue with the shipping carrier and repair or replace your items if possible. Please contact them right away at info@mignonegavigan.com. They must be notified of any damaged upon delivery within 5 calendar days of your being delivered.
What is your return policy?
Mignonne Gavigan accept returns on full-priced products in their original condition, unworn, and unused within 30 days of purchase. Returns meeting these conditions are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Shipping charges are not refundable. Used or worn merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. They do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage to returned goods. They package all their shipments with care and ask their customers to do the same when they need to return goods. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging to be accepted, otherwise, they will return to sender.
