MIMCO members can simply log into their membership via our website and visit the ‘Orders’ tab. This will allow you to monitor the progress of any orders you have placed along with your tracking information. If you have selected Same Day Delivery you will be contacted by one of their friendly team members in the event there is an issue with your parcel.
HOW DO I EARN REWARDS? WHERE CAN THEY BE USED?
Rewards may be earned on any eligible transaction made Online or in a MIMCO Boutique* or Outlet, where the amount exceeds $100 in one transaction after all discounts, exchanges, refunds, and redemptions are applied.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER PURCHASED ONLINE?
For purchases made on or after Tuesday 24 March 2020, the change of mind timeframe will be extended to 60 days from the date of purchase or order delivery.
