How long will my Miss Runway Boutique order take to arrive?
After the order is processed and packed, it takes between 1-6 business days for standard shipping and 1-3 business days for express shipping if you are in major metro areas. For all regional areas, please allow between 2-7 business days for your order to arrive. All orders placed after 2 pm EST on Friday, on a weekend or during a public holiday, will be posted the next business day.

What is the returns policy at Miss Runway Boutique?
Miss Runway Boutique wants all girls to be completely and utterly in love with their purchase. So if for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, you’re welcome to send it back for a store credit.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been picked and packed, you certainly can! You will be issued with a gift card for the value of the item/s you would like to cancel. As this is a change of mind they cannot offer a refund. This policy also applies to pre-order items. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, they do not offer refunds for returned items. They do offer a store credit which is valid for 12 months and can be used online or in-store.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, they will only provide a refund if the item is faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced. It is at the wholesaler’s discretion if an item is deemed faulty which Miss Runway Boutique will first need to check before agreeing to a refund.
