Can I change my order or cancel it?

Otiumberg try to get your order out to you as soon as possible. Items that have been fulfilled sadly cannot be cancelled. However, if they have not yet been fulfilled then contact the team at hello@otiumberg.com and they will see what Otiumberg can do. Made-to-order pieces have to be cancelled within 24hrs.

What do I do if an item is missing or damaged?

When will I receive my refund?
