Rainette ships within the countries that are available during the checkout process.
What is Rainette return policy?
If the product does not fit, please send it to them within 14 days after receiving your order.
The product is in its original packaging and in perfect condition, it will be refunded upon receipt.
How can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel or change your order, please email your order number via the contact form.
If your order has not been processed by our logistics, they will cancel it and proceed with the refund.
If your order has already been processed by our logistics, they will send you a return slip to print, send them the order and they will proceed with the refund upon receipt and verification.
When will my order ship?
Any order placed before 12:00 .m is processed the same day. Orders placed after 12 hours are processed within 24 hours.
Orders placed on Fridays after 12:00 .m are processed the following Monday.
