SAU LEE accepts returns if you apply for a return via their Returns Portal within 14 days after your goods were delivered.
Once your return is received at their warehouse in Hong Kong you will be notified via email. It will then be inspected for any signs of wear or damage. If your return is eligible, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

SAU LEE prices reflect limited editions, intricate and complex designs, and often original print work. SAU LEE don't produce in large quantities with factories that operate on razor-thin margins.
The majority of their packaging is fully recyclable, including the polybags, tissue paper, stickers, and their boxes, which feature original blue china-inspired print, are meant to be kept and reused for storage or gift packing. They will keep working to improve their packaging in order to achieve 100% recyclable status.
