Do you ship Internationally?
Yes. Scandinavian Biolabs ships internationally.
When will I receive my order?
Scandinavian Biolabs pack and ship your order as soon as your payment is approved and verified. With standard delivery, you can expect a delivery time of 2-4 business days, and with express home delivery 1-2 business days. All orders are shipped with track and trace. Please allow up to 24 hours before you receive tracking information.
I have you received a damaged or incorrect product. What do I do?
First of all - they are deeply sorry! Please contact their customer support at contact@scandinavianbiolabs.com, and they will help to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Read about their warranty on their Terms & Conditions page.
How long does it take to process my return order?
Once you have informed them that you wish to return your order, they will send a return label within 3 days. Scandinavian Bodylabs does not pay shipping for returning orders. When the returned item is received by their warehouse and provided that it complies with their return policy (new and unused product), they will refund to your original payment method. Please note that payments can take up to 7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned goods will be refunded excluding express shipping costs.
