What is the payment method?
The Entertainer accepts Visa credit or debit cards or Mastercard. We also accept PayPal payments and Amazon payments.
I’ve lost my receipt, can I still return a toy to you?
The Entertainer stores will ask to see a valid proof of purchase before they are able to accept a toy back for either an exchange or a refund so remember to keep your receipt safe.
Proof of purchase can be a till receipt or bank statement showing a purchase for the amount of the item.
How do I cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed, if you wish to cancel you will need to get in touch with their customer service team as quickly as possible.
If they are able to cancel, they will. However, The Entertainer does like to process orders as quickly as they can so it may not always be possible.
If they haven’t been able to cancel, they are happy to refund if you return your order to them.
Can I return a toy bought online to an Entertainer store?
Yes. Any of their Entertainer stores will accept online purchases back. Please let the store have your order number as a reference. Refunds can be processed through the till and will generally take 3 - 5 working days.
