What is The Knitting Network shipping policy?
The Knitting Network offer Standard Delivery from £4.49(HKD $46.90). Price Calculated at Checkout. 95% of deliveries for this service arrive within 7-10 working days not including the day of despatch, but are not guaranteed to arrive in this time frame. If you are not in to accept the parcel at the time of delivery your postman may either leave the parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour or if not they will take the parcel back to your local sorting office for you to go and collect. If you do not collect the parcel after 30 days it will be returned to sender. Please allow 25 working days for delivery before contacting us regarding your parcel not arriving.
What is The Knitting Network's returns policy?
If you're not completely happy with your order, don't worry - returning it is quick and easy. You can return your items for a full refund provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt. Please allow 10 working days for your refund to be processed. Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition and any original packaging must be intact. The Knitting Network reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a resalable condition or are damaged.
Please note that you are responsible for the return cost of postage. Your parcel needs to be returned to the address indicated on your invoice inside your parcel, which is ready to cut out and stick to the front of your parcel for returns.
When is my order dispatched?

How long will it take for a refund to show in my bank account?

Digital Products cannot be cancelled once they have been downloaded. By purchasing a Digital Product, you waive the right to cancel the purchase within the usual 14 day cancellation period, whether under regulation 29(1) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 in the UK or any other applicable legislation in other jurisdictions.
