Once your order has been invoiced and officially shipped out, an automatic email will be sent to you which will include the tracking number affiliated with your shipment. You can also log onto Volcom using your username and password to view previous order confirmations, statuses, returns authorizations, tracking numbers etc.

Free 45 day Return Period Excludes International Returns

Volcom wants to assure you are 100% satisfied with the product you purchased, which is why they offer a FREE 45 day return period on all items ordered via phone or online store.

• Items must be in 100% resalable condition

• Return time frame starts from original ship date

• All returns will be refunded back to the original payment on file

• No returns or exchanges for Final Sale items

• Returns must be initiated from the original point of sale and online orders will not be accepted for refund or exchange within their retail/outlet locations

• Prepaid FedEx label is only offered to the United States and Canadian customers. This offer excludes orders being shipped from Puerto Rico, certain US territories, Yukon territory and international orders.

If you received an incorrect item within recent online order, simply contact their Customer Service department Toll-Free (855) 330-0188 or via email Customerservice@volcom.com and have your order # and incorrect item # available. Once confirmed, one of their representatives would be more than happy to email you a pre-paid FedEx EZ return label to have the product returned to their receiving department and once received a new correct item will be immediately reshipped to you at no cost.

Once your product has been physically received and processed back to stock, please allow 3-5 business days for their returns department to refund your account accordingly. Once this refund has been successfully processed a credit memo will be emailed to the address on file as proof of the refund reflecting back to you.
