Each shipping method has its own regulations and shipping rates. Shipping costs for orders placed on WWEShop.com are based on the weight of the total order. Your shipping total will be displayed during Checkout. All estimated delivery times are calculated on the day an order leaves our warehouse. They are not based on the order date.

The standard order processing time for in-stock items is 1 to 2 business days. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. holidays. Extra time is required for processing large orders, international orders, orders requiring information verification, and orders with personalised or engraved items. Orders with personalisation or engraving must allow up to 5 additional processing days. Processing times are not included in the estimated delivery times.

For apparel items, please carefully read the care instructions on the inside label before wearing and washing. Any damage due to wear and tear or inappropriate washing is the sole responsibility of the customer. WWEShop.com cannot take responsibility for items received in good condition that were later damaged while in use.

Please allow up to 30 business days to receive a refund for any returned merchandise. Shipping and handling will not be refunded unless a product is defective or damaged. Refunds for products will be based on the price paid at the time of your order. Price adjustments will not be considered. Refunds will be issued via the payment method originally used for the purchase.
