They do not offer a free returns service. All returned parcel costs must be covered by the customer.

In 1993 Oscar Pinto founded Hervia, a trailblazing concept that was the first to stock appearance collections from the late Alexander McQueen, as well as Helmut Lang and Hussein Chalayan. The brand is named after Oscar’s mother, Hervia, and when the first shop opened in Manchester’s Royal Exchange it became a legendary fashion hang-out. Oscar was devoted to Vivienne Westwood’s radical style long before she became accepted into the mainstream and It wasn’t long before Hervia was named by Vogue as one of the UK’s finest designer stores.
Already, the fashion world is sounding about the new concept store, and those corners, new and up-and-coming designers love the concept because they don’t have to negotiate their vision. They are simply allowed the right to present their collections to Hervia as they wish. This means that what the customer gets from Hervia are garments and associates that include all the original excitement, change, and dynamism of the person who created them.
