Adventure Academy accepts VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Discover Card and PayPal.
My credit card was declined. What should I do?
If you attempted to subscribe to our site and received a message that your credit card was declined, please note that your bank places a temporary authorization of $1.00 on the credit card, and the card must have sufficient funds in order to be processed. If you believe that your credit card was declined in error, please contact your bank.
Do you offer a free trial?
Adventure Academy offers a free trial for 30 days.
Why is there a subscription fee to access the app?
Adventure Academy subscription fee allows them to maintain their app and be able to continue to produce new content and features that are added to the app monthly. Adventure Academy have done their best to make their app as affordable as possible for all, which is why they allow parents and caregivers to add up to three children per account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in to either the app or adventureacademy.com. Click on Parents Section. Click on My Account. Click on Cancellation. Please provide a reason for cancellation and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm. Once you’re done, you’ll receive a confirmation email from them. Please keep this email for your records. After you’ve cancelled, the page should read “Your Adventure Academy subscription has been cancelled.”
