How long will it take my order to deliver?
After your order has been processed (see processing times above), your order will arrive within 3-7 days.
When will I receive the Tracking Information?
Once the item has been shipped, they will send you an email regarding the order details. Please check your order details and help confirm there is no error.
An email regarding your shipping information will be sent to you within 2 days. In the email, you will find the tracking number for your item. If you do not receive the email, please contact customer service.
Can I cancel my order after shipment?
Eonon allows cancellations before your product is shipped out or manufactured. Once the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Cancellation is not allowed after your package has been shipped.
What is your refund policy?
After they receive and inspect the returned items, they’ll email you regarding the receipts within 48 hours and you’ll be asked to approve or reject the refund. Once it’s approved, your return will be processed. You will receive the refund in the original payment method within 3 business days (depending on your bank's processing speeds).
What if my refund is late/missing?
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account first. Or you can contact your credit card company as it may take some days for your bank to process the refund. If you've done all these things and you still haven't received your refund, please contact them.
