My tracking number is not working in what should I do?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation e-mail with a link to track your parcel on the Royal Mail website. Tracking details usually become available after 24 hours (once the parcel has been scanned) so don’t worry too much if details aren’t immediately available. If for any reason your tracking number is showing as ‘incorrect’ - reach out to their team on Hello@LullaBellz.com and they can look into this further for you!
I’ve changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
They’re confident that you will love your purchase, but if for any reason you decide you no longer wish to keep your order – be sure to let their girls know ASAP via Hello@LullaBellz.com and they can arrange for a cancellation and full refund (providing your order has not already been dispatched).
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
LullaBellz operates super speedy order processing and they work in the wonderful world of fast-fashion, order amendments are not always guaranteed. If you’d prefer a different shade in the Hair Extensions, or an alternate size in clothing after placing your order – pop an email over to Hello@LullaBellz.com as soon as possible, and they’ll try their best to change this for you.
How to return an item?
LullaBellz do not offer refunds on pierced earrings, beauty products, and unless they are faulty or hair extensions that have been opened. All returns must be unworn/unused and in their original packaging otherwise, they may not be able to process your refund.

What is LullaBellz refund policy?
Refunds will automatically be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, within 5 days after they receive your return. Please note; returns can take up to 7 days to get back to them depending on the postage service you use.
They advise all customers to obtain/keep proof of postage until the return has been completed.
I returned my item but haven’t been refunded yet?
All refunds are processed by their fab returns team who aim to process and complete all refund payments within 5 working days of your item(s) being returned to them. Dependent on your individual bank, this may take a further few days to display as a recent transaction on your online banking and/or paper statement. Feel free to drop them an email at Hello@lullabellz.com if your refund has not been received after 14 working days.
