What is your return policy?
Lunalae hope you love your Luna pole wear but they understand that sometimes buying garments online may result may be risky. To solve this issue Luna pole wear offers a Store credit for full priced items if it is returned within 14 days after purchase. Only faulty items are eligible for a full refund.
What is your refund process?
Please first notify them of your faulty return at lunapolewear@gmail.com and then post to 14/20-26 Marlborough rd Homebush west New South Wales 2140 Australia. Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. Lunalae will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Note cost of return shipping is not covered by Lunalae.
