What is the processing time?
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from their fulfilment centre by the applicable carrier. After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take 2 business days to process (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays).
I received an item as a gift, what can I do?
Mark the return form with the person who sent you the gift and the value will be credited to your account. Make sure to register an account if you don’t have one already.
If the order wasn’t marked as a gift, the credit will return back to the one who bought it for you.
How can I exchange my item?
OneWorld Apparel only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Just purchase your new item and send your old one in for a refund.
What is the return policy?
Return your item(s) within 30 days after receipt for a refund of the purchase cost. The shipping cost is not included.
Must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging if possible.
When will I get my refund?
OneWorld Apparel will send you an email once your returned item has been received. OneWorld Apparel’ll notify you again once your refund is being processed, or if there are any issues. Credit will be applied back to your original method of payment which can vary based on the payment provider.
I got my refund notice, but haven’t received the funds. What do I do?
Check with your payment provider to see if the credit is pending. Sometimes there’s a delay with the posting.
