What is your return policy?
Please contact Scentsational within 30 days of receipt of goods should you wish to return your item( s). The cost of the product only will be refunded. (Scentsational Perfumes do not refund postal charges) Postage costs will only be refunded if the merchandise received was incorrect, faulty, or damaged upon receipt.
What happens, if I receive a damaged product?
