As of currently, they apologise, but they do not offer to ship to PO Box, parcel locker, hotel/motel (unless you are an employee) or freight forwarding addresses.

Unfortunately, they are unable to amend any order information, including the delivery address, once the order has been paid and processed. If you notice that the wrong information is provided on the order, they can only return it to the Stylevana warehouse as a return order.

The estimated delivery time of your order is the total estimated order processing time plus the estimated shipping time of the shipping method. In general, it takes between 6 and 14 working days to deliver your order with the Free Standard Shipping Service after the order processing period. The order processing period varies for each order and depends on the product availability status of the items you order. You may refer to the Shipping & Delivery page for details on order processing time. They also offer express shipping for you to enjoy a shorter delivery time. Please refer to the Shipping & Delivery page for more details. However, under unforeseen circumstances, delivery times can differ and take longer during shopping sale periods, Hong Kong public holidays, and extreme weather conditions.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a “Dispatched” email with the assigned courier name, tracking number, and tracking link. You can also log into ‘My Account’ and find your order status and your tracking number, if available. You can track the parcel's status with the tracking number via the tracking link we provide.

According to their Returns & Exchanges, only fashion items, excluding swimwear, innerwear, legwear, shapewear, and underwear, are eligible for exchange for size or colour options, and return requests must be made to the Vana Return System within 14 days after the order is delivered. After they receive your returned package, they will require up to 20 business days to process and handle the return, then dispatch your newly required size or colour of your item. If they cannot meet your request, i.e., a specific size or colour is out of stock, the item value will be refunded in the form of store credit.

Stylevana is dedicated to making the return process beautifully simple for you. If you're not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, they gladly accept authorised returns within 14 days of receipt for most items in new condition (as per their terms and conditions below). You have 14 days from the receipt date to request a return of your ordered item. Returns must be packed and shipped within 7 days of the return authorization date. Please note that their policy only applies to unused and unworn items with all new and original packaging, as well as having original tags attached. They do not accept returns or issue coupon codes or refunds on used, worn, or no-tag items. Please also note that the original shipping fee you paid for your order is non-refundable.
