If you are shipping to another country whose borders charge duty to imported merchandise, you will be requested to pay for this import fee by the postal service, which then pays your government. AGMES is too small to cover the cost of these duties, and as it goes to your government and not them, they are unable to refund this amount.

Return Policy

• AGMES will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unused items, except when Final Sale is noted on the product page. All solid gold items are Final Sale and may not be returned, as these pieces are made to order.
• Returns must be initiated within 10 days of order receipt. Contact AGMES at customerservice@agmesnyc.com to start the return process and receive authorisation. They will send you a pre-paid return label, but please note shipping is non-refundable and the cost of return shipping will be charged at the time of your return. Once you’ve received the return label, you have 3 business days to send it back to AGMES.
• Returned merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and must not be worn or altered in any way. AGMES reserves the right to deny any returns or exchanges if the pieces sent back to them are in poor condition, after 10 days of receipt of your order, on styles noted Final Sale, or without prior authorisation.
• Returns should be accompanied by the original receipt. If the original receipt is unavailable, AGMES will issue an online store credit based on the current selling price.

• Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.
• AGMES reserves the right to offer store credit when returns do not meet their return policy.
