Can you deliver to Europe and the Rest of the World?
Yes, they can, depending on product availability and circumstances. They currently only accept online card payments from cards registered within the UK. If you are outside the UK; please contact them in advance for a quote and they can arrange for a payment to be made by Bank Transfer.
Can I get a color sample?
Yes; please email them your sample request along with your name and address and they will post it out free of charge (where applicable).
Can I return a product?
If you’d like to return a product, you must either post them to our address, Burrington Way, Burrington Business Park, Plymouth, PL5 3LX, email [email protected]
or give our team a call on 01752 692 221 for a return label or arrange collection.
When will you refund me for my returned product?
They will refund you for your returns by the method you use for payment within 14 days of the day they receive the product, or, if earlier, the day on which you provide them with evidence that you have sent the product back to them. They may make deductions from the total refund if the value of the goods has been reduced by handling contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions – if they discover this after you have been refunded, you must pay them an appropriate amount.
