Please send the products back to them within 14 days so that they can process your exchange.
All items must be returned in an their original unworn and unwashed condition, complete in a re-sellable condition and, where possible, with all original packaging and tag still attached within 28 days of receipt for a refund.
Once your return has been received, please allow them 5-10 working days to process your refund. During sales or busy periods, it can take longer.
