How many trial lessons do I have on italki?
Each new user has three trial lessons that need to be taken with three different teachers. Teachers can choose whether to provide trial lessons.
How can I change the lesson time or cancel a lesson?
To change the lesson time or cancel a lesson, you will need to check when your lesson is about to start: "Is it after 24 hours or within 24 hours?".
I cannot finish my lesson package. What should I do?
You can go to My Lessons, find your package list, check the package page, and click Request to Terminate Package. When a package is terminated per the teacher and student’s agreement, the student will get a refund for the unused lesson(s). If your teacher does not respond to your termination request within 7 days, please contact customer support.
What device or software do I need to take classes on?
You will need a device with a camera. It is strongly recommended that you prepare a set of headphones and a microphone for an excellent class experience.
